About the committee
The committee is elected by residents at the Annual General Meeting and meets twice a year, or more frequently should an exceptional circumstance arise. It is made up of volunteers from The Hithe who give their time freely to oversee the day-to-day management of the estate on behalf of all residents.
As householders move onto and away from The Hithe, the composition of the committee naturally evolves. New volunteers are always welcome — if you would like to become a member, please get in touch with the HRA.
Committee members serve for two years, which can be extended by a vote at the AGM.
